The Atticism are working to increase awareness about EXP’s restaurant concept. Food is at the heart of EXP. and the menu is driven by the seasonal produce, with a full kitchen garden on the restaurant property. The kitchen team also forages local produce wherever possible, with quality always being the key.
As well as generalised PR support, The Atticism is also taking over management of the EXP. social channels on Facebook and Instagram with the aim to encourage higher engagement with a targeted audience.
EXP. restaurant is located in Pokolbin, the heart of the Hunter Valley. Guests can sit along the bar and peer directly into the kitchen while interacting with Chef Frank Fawkner and his team.
