Underground Spirits have launched onto the Australian drinks scene in 2018 and have engaged The Atticism to assist with a launch event, brand development and PR.
Underground Spirits were born as a successful by-product of sustainably grown high-quality Australian wheat, with a desirable environmental context of ideal conditions for rich results. With minimal pollutant exposure, high clean rainfall and sparkling, mineral-dense Snowy Mountain water, the spirits get the best of ‘Down Under’ and its inimitable rich earthy nutrients.
Underground use a subzero, submicron filtration process that eliminate impurities earlier than other distillation techniques. It is this unique (now patented) process that gives Underground Spirits their smooth character, eliminating the alcohol burn you usually feel when you drink a straight spirit.
